Sandy Noll's Kirkland Updates: Point2NLS

Point2NLS

I am so excited about what I just discovered that I had to share!  So, many of you probably know all about the great features of Point2NLS, but I just joined, what's better then more exposure for my listings right?  Well after inputing 2 listings, I discovered that you are allowed to copy the link for the virtual tour and paste it wherever you'd like.  I added it to my local MLS listings and it looks great!  My sellers thought it was really cool and it didn't cost me a penny!!!  What a great resource

Good Information to have. I am also a member as most agents around the US will likely be joining this site as well. Has to do with the listings being posted for free as members. A great resource.

They've come a long way and continue to add features (and increase fees for premium members).  Still, a nice resource to add to your toolbelt.

WOW!!  Thanks -- I've been reading about this, but have yet to join -- now that I have some "local" testimony, I think I'll do it.

Never hurts to use this free website.  I have not actively promoted it in any way but had a client send me a message from there.  I will be meeting this client that somehow came across my point2 site tomorrow!

I signed up for a website but have done nothing with it.  Kick me.

However, I'm looking forward to digging in to Point2 and learning how to use it.  Did you find it easy to learn?

I am also a member of p2 and they do have a lot of great features.  If there is anyone who don't know about it maybe we can send them the link!

I just started to use point2 ...not sure how much web traffic it will draw yet..too early to tell..but it is a nice way to do a start up website for your listings..I also put my tours into it as well.

William - Free is always good!

Joshua - I havn't looked into the premium services since I just joined, but for now the basic membership works for me.

Sondra - I'm glad my post was able to help you decide to join.  I love the idea of mass marketing for my clients listings and the added tools like virtual medai are icing on the cake!

Jon - That's great!  I was wondering if anyone really generates any leads.

Todd & Neal - I did not use the P2 website as I have my own through KW, but inputing my listing was a breeze as was uploading pics which created the virtual media.  It's another step to input my listing there as well as my local MLS and Kellers KWLS, but if it gets me more exposure, I'll take the time!  Let me know how their website setup goes.

Thanks to everyone for your comments!

I do hope you'll come paste it into our "Activerain Virtual Tours" group on AR.  Check it out, I just started it a few days ago. Hope to see you over there.  Thanks Sandy!!

Yeah - I signed up and am having great luck. I believe you need your clients permission to "handshake" with other brokers to advertise your listings, but yeah - It's free and my clients love it!
